GunZ: A Deal with the Devil

GunZ: A Deal with the Devil is our entry from the SA Game Jam 2019 (South Africa).

The world is overrun with zombies. Humanity has fled to Mars. You've been left behind. An unlikely ally reaches out, granting you the ability to craft an your own wildly powerful guns.

Your goal is revenge! If you survive long enough, you'll be able to craft a gun that can destroy Mars.

I made this with the help of some friends. We made everything in the game, excluding one gun sound and the music.

Our main goal here was to create a dynamic gun crafting system, where guns behave differently depending on which components are used. We believe we've achieved thousands, if not millions, of combinations.

This game won't win any awards, but I remember this project fondly. Super proud of what we made :)
